Malia Mazzei

Exercise Physiologist • Pilates & Craniosacral Therapist

Movement, touch, and a deep respect for the body’s ability to adapt.

For more than 30 years, I have worked one-on-one with clients and remained endlessly curious about how the body moves, adapts, compensates, and communicates.

My background in exercise physiology, Pilates, personal training, competitive bodybuilding, massage, chronic pain, and craniosacral therapy has shaped the way I work-but I don’t believe the body fits neatly into one method or system.

I pay attention to the body in front of me.

Every person brings their own history, patterns, strengths, and way of responding. My work is highly individualized – sometimes that means movement through Pilates. Sometimes it means slowing down and listening more deeply through craniosacral therapy.

The approach may change. The intention is the same: to help you move with greater ease, awareness, and connection to your body.

For more than 25 years, I have intentionally maintained a small, private studio in downtown Bellevue. I value focused, one-on-one work and the trust and connection that develop over time.
